Acupressure Routine: The Spleen Meridian.

Did you know that we have energetic meridians running all over our bodies? These meridians have specific points along them and are also connected to our internal organs. One of these meridians is yin in nature and is connected to the spleen organ.

The Spleen Meridian:

📍Location: the spleen meridian starts on the inside of the big toe, runs up the inside of the foot and ankle, along the inside of the leg, up to the abdomen, then to the chest, and ends by dropping to a point on the side of the rib cage.

✨The Spleen Meridian treats: abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, loss of appetite, indigestion, constipation, nausea & vomiting, fatigue, heavy limbs, water retention, menstrual conditions, hemorrhoids, hernia, infertility, urinary conditions, and fullness/pain in the chest.

✨Routine: start by taking a few deep breaths to ground yourself, then massage the spleen meridian starting at the big toe and ending at the side of the rib cage. Take a look at the posted photo of the meridian as a guide. Switch legs and repeat. End by placing both hands at the bottom of your left rib cage, sending your spleen gratitude and love.
