The Kidney Meridian.

Did you know that we have energetic meridians running all over our bodies? These meridians have specific points along them and are also connected to our internal organs. One of these meridians is yin in nature and is connected to the kidney organ.

The Kidney Meridian:

📍Location: the kidney meridian starts on the sole of the foot, travels up the inside of the foot, circles around the inner ankle bone, up the inside of the leg, behind the knee, up to the abdomen, then to the chest, and ends below the the clavicle.

✨The Kidney Meridian treats: water retention, urinary problems, infertility, menstrual issues, asthma, pain/weakness in the low back/knees/ankles, anxiety, insomnia, night sweats, tinnitus, toothache, fatigue, and impotence.

✨Routine: start by taking a few deep breaths to ground yourself, then massage the kidney meridian starting at the sole of the foot and ending below the clavicle. Take a look at the posted photo of the meridian as a guide. Switch legs and repeat. End by placing both hands on your lower back, sending your kidneys gratitude and love.
