Prepare the Body for Spring with Mint:

Mint is called Bo He in Chinese herbal medicine. This aromatic, cooling, and acrid herb, has many benefits and can be taken as a hot tea or added to a variety of recipes. Mint is one of the best herbs to consume during the spring because it is soothing to the liver, which is the organ associated with the upcoming season.

Some of the Many Benefits of Mint:

  1. Eases Headaches

  2. Calms Rashes & Red Itchy Eyes

  3. Calms Emotional Instability & Anxiety

  4. Soothes Stomach Aches & Nausea

  5. Lowers Fevers

  6. Improves Mental Clarity & Focus

To enjoy the benefits of this herb, you can drink a cup of mint tea a day, add it to your meals, or infuse it into your water. Incorporating mint into your routine will keep your system feeling good all season long.
