Skin problems? Acne, eczema, mysterious rashes, psoriasis, itchy skin? Try massaging this acupressure point to help alleviate your symptoms. It helps lower inflammation in the body which is the underlying cause of most skin problems. Use firm pressure to massage and stimulate this point for 30 seconds to a minute. Take deep breaths while you press on this point. Switch sides and repeat.

Location: with the elbow bent, the point is on the outside end of the elbow crease. Search around for the tender spot.

LI 11 also treats:
> Fever
> Sore throat
> Red eyes
> Toothache
> Any skin symptoms
> Local pain, numbness and motion restriction of the elbow, arm and shoulder
> Stomach pain, nausea and vomiting
> Dysentery

Book an appointment with me to help lower inflammation and alleviate your skin troubles!
