Acupressure for Constipation:

This is one of the best points to massage when the pipes are backed up. We’ve all been there when things just aren’t moving the way we’d like. Maybe we’ve been traveling, or ate something weird, or haven’t been drinking enough water. Whatever the cause, save this post for the next time you need a little help moving things along.

Point Name: STOMACH 25⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

📍Location: On the abdomen, level with the navel, two inches lateral from the navel, on both sides. ⠀⠀

✨Routine: With deep pressure, use your pointer finger and your middle finger to massage this point in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. You can do both sides at the same time. Take deep breaths while you massage this point. You can repeat this routine several times throughout the day to soothe your intestines and regulate your digestion.

✨This point treats: constipation, abdominal pain, abdominal distention, edema, painful urination, diarrhea, irregular menstruation, and menstrual pain.
