Acupressure Routine to Reduce Nausea

Pericardium 6 is a wonderful acupressure point for nausea, insomnia, anxiety and chest tightness. Located on the forearm three finger widths down from the center of the wrist crease between the two tendons (see photo for reference). Put direct pressure on this point and hold for 30 seconds while taking deep breaths. Switch sides and repeat. You can use this acupressure point next time you’re feeling motion sickness, having a hard time falling asleep or feeling anxious especially with chest tightness.
