Acupressure to Boost Immunity

Sick? Know someone who is sick? It feels like everyone I know has a cold or the flu right now. If you’re looking to boost your immune system or if you’ve recently been sick and need to recover from lingering fatigue, try this quick and easy acupressure routine:

The acupressure point Stomach 36 is located about four finger widths below the outside corner of the knee cap (see photo above for reference). This point is excellent at boosting the immune system and can also help the body recover from lingering illness. Massage this point for 30 seconds on both sides with firm pressure. Repeat once in the morning and once in the evening.
