Bloated? Tummy troubles?

Try CCF tea, an herbal blend that supports digestion. CCF tea stands for cumin, coriander and fennel. It’s easy to make because we usually keep these spices in our cabinet! This blend is designed to soothe digestive distress and promote gentle detoxification.

The best thing about this tea is that it’s suitable for everyone! Even if you don’t struggle with tummy issues, this tea will strengthen your digestive fire.

CCF Tea Benefits:
🌱 Relieves bloating
🌱 Reduces gas
🌱 Calms gut spasms
🌱 Eases abdominal pain
🌱 Eases nausea/vomiting
🌱 Balances blood sugar
🌱 Reduces inflammation

CCF Tea Recipe:
1. Combine 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, and 1 tsp cumin seeds, and place in a small pot.
2. Add 3 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat, strain, and enjoy! Sip this tea once per day to support healthy digestion and gentle detox. You can also drink this tea as needed when you have tummy troubles.

It is especially good to drink CCF tea this time of year, because we are currently in Earth element season, which is all about digestion and the spleen and stomach organs.
