Feeling agitated or hot-headed? This point will keep you cool all summer long. It helps to clear heat from the body due to these hot summer days.

Acupressure Point: HEART 8

📍Location: on the palm of the hand, between the pinky and ring finger, when you make a fist it is the point where the pinky finger rests.

✨Routine: using the thumb and pointer finger of your opposite hand, squeeze this point with strong pressure and hold for one minute. Take deep breaths while you press on this point and notice the heat moving from your head to your feet. Switch sides and repeat.

✨This point treats: excess thirst, restlessness, insomnia, tongue ulcers, overheating, chest pain, palpitations, mania or hysteria, and agitation.

Next time you feel overheated, try this acupressure point to cool you down.
