How to Practice Letting Go.

December 15, 2021 Rachel Appel

There is a lot of talk about “letting go” and “surrendering”. It seems simple enough, but can be challenging to put into practice.

I started to get the hang of it after reading the book, “Letting Go: The Pathway Of Surrender,” by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. This book explains how to let a feeling be present while diminishing the energy behind it.

If you’re looking for a new read, I highly recommend Dr. Hawkins book. Especially because it’s the end of the year and a lot of feelings may be coming up. We may be reviewing our year and taking stock of what went well and what didn’t. It’s a good time to let go of the past so that we can make room for the new year ahead.
