The Biggest Lesson I Learned During My Trip to NYC.

October 25, 2023 Rachel Appel

Had the best week in NYC visiting family, seeing friends who feel like family, and absorbing the wisdom of my teacher Thom Knoles.

One of my biggest takeaways from my time spent with Thom is that when we interact with life instead of react to it, we find solutions instead of creating problems. Problems are a consciousness state. When we see problems as an adventure waiting to happen, we interact with the situation and embrace evolutionary change. If we can interact instead of react, life becomes much more fun.
