The Heart Meridian.

July 22, 2022 Rachel Appel

Did you know that we have energetic meridians running all over our bodies? These meridians have specific points along them and are also connected to our internal organs. One of these meridians is yin in nature and is connected to the heart organ.

The Heart Meridian:

📍Location: the heart meridian starts in the armpit, runs down the inside of the forearm, over the palm of the hand, and ends at the little finger.

✨The Heart Meridian treats: Shen (mind/spirit) disorders, speech disorders, palpitations, heartburn, chest pain, excessive thirst, insomnia, night sweats, excess heat in the body, and any condition dealing with the heart or blood vessels.

✨Routine: start by taking a few deep breaths to ground yourself, then massage the heart meridian starting in the armpit and ending at the little finger. Take a look at the posted photo of the meridian as a guide. Switch arms and repeat. End by placing both hands on your heart, sending it gratitude and love.
