The dog days of summer are upon us! If you have a hard time drinking enough water throughout the day, try this tasty beverage. It quenches thirst, relieves irritability, cools the body, removes excess water from the body and detoxifies.

Ingredients:
☀︎︎ 2-3 cups watermelon, cubed
☀︎︎ 1/2 cucumber, sliced
☀︎︎ 6-8 mint leaves
☀︎︎ 1/2 gallon filtered water

Instructions:
1. Place cucumber and watermelon in a pitcher
2. Pour water over ingredients and add mint leaves
3. Stir, cover and let sit in the fridge overnight for the most flavor
4. Drink throughout the next day to stay cool and refreshed!
