STRESS REDUCING ACUPRESSURE POINT:

Take the edge off with the acupressure point called Yin Tang. This point is located in the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. Yin Tang is often referred to as the “third eye.” Bring your pointer finger and your middle finger to this point and massage it in clockwise circles for 1-2 minutes. Relax your forehead and facial muscles and take deep breaths while you apply acupressure to this point. You can do this several times throughout the day to help calm your nerves and decrease stress.

This point relieves anxiety, agitation and insomnia. It opens the nasal passages and relieves congestion. It also alleviates headache.
