Breathwork to Open the Chest.

Breathing Exercise to Move Energy in the Chest:

This exercise is one of my favorites, especially when I’m feeling stressed or have a tight chest. This routine helps to open the chest, strengthen the lungs, and clear stagnant energy from the body.

  1. Inhale through your nose while you open your arms out to the side with closed fists.

  2. Hold your breath at the top of your inhale and hit your chest three times with closed fists.

  3. Exhale audibly through your mouth and press your palms down to the ground to release the energy.

  4. Repeat this 9 times. Close your eyes and sit in silence for a few moments after you finish your last round.
