“The minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you, not knowing how blind that was. Lovers don't finally meet somewhere. They're in each other all along.” ~ Rumi
It’s common to think love exists outside of ourselves, that fulfillment lies “out there,” or that a relationship will provide what we need.
With a practice like Vedic Meditation, we gradually realize that fulfillment already exists within and can’t be gained externally. From this place, we begin showing up in relationships asking, “What can I bring?” rather than “What can I get?” We become less needy and more available for a shared experience.
Rumi’s poem reminds us that as consciousness expands, our experience of love will naturally evolve.
If you’re curious to learn Vedic Meditation and explore this in your own life, let’s chat. My next courses are February 19-22 and March 26-29. 💞
