This teaching, derived from the Bhagavad Gita, is one I return to again and again, especially when the world feels heavy.
In times of intensity, I’ve found that my Vedic Meditation practice isn’t about withdrawing from the world. It’s about connecting with a deeper part of myself, the field of Being. From this place, I step into life and move into action. What I often notice is that action then arises from calm, clarity, and inner knowing. There is less reactivity and a clearer sense of what’s needed in each moment.
If you’re curious to learn Vedic Meditation and explore this in your own life, let’s chat. My next two courses are February 19-22 and March 26-29.
And whatever actions feel best for you to take this week, may you feel supported in stepping into them fully. 🙏🏼♥️✨
