The acupressure point Heart 7 is located on the inner wrist crease, towards the pinky finger side and about one-fifth of the distance across the wrist. Feel for a hollow space at the inner base of the pisiform bone (the round bone at the end of your wrist crease). You can also use the photo above as a reference for the location. Apply gentle pressure for 1-2 minutes while taking nice deep breaths. Switch sides and repeat. Tune into yourself and what you’re feeling as you do this acupressure routine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heart 7 is the source point of the heart meridian. It has the following actions: .
♥ Strengthens and stabilizes the heart
♥ Soothes the mind and spirit
♥ Eases anxiety, sadness, depression and mania
♥ Helps to mend a broken heart
♥ Treats palpitations and arrhythmia
♥ Strengthens memory and mental capacity
♥Helps with conditions of speech and soothes insomnia and restless sleep
