The Yin & Yang of Holidays.

Happy holidays everyone! I find that this time of year is most fulfilling when we have a balance of yin and yang practices. May the yang practices of celebrating, eating delicious meals, playing games, and socializing with loved ones, be balanced with the yin practices of taking some time to ourselves, practicing self-care, meditating, and finding some quiet moments.

Make sure to fill your cup so that you can show up for those around you. Although our holidays may look different this year, this practice applies to any holiday, event, or time outside of our normal routines.

May your week be filled with peace, love, and joy!
